I had made an appointment 3 months in advance because this office hardly ever has availability. My appointment finally comes today and I receive a call that my appointment is canceled due to an emergency the doctor had, which is fine. The voicemail left stated I can get rescheduled for this week but when I called the office back there was no availability for another MONTH which is highly inconvenient and waiting 4 months to see a doctor is absolutely insane !
Great doctors but unable to use Portal so getting billed for an amount without knowing specifically what it is. Had tests, but unable to view them on the portal. Needed a secret code to 'check in.' Ridiculous.
I just left Dr Kelley’s office, and will not be going back. It might be shorter to list the things he could have said, than to list what the problems were.“I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m going to get to the bottom of it.”“I hear that you’re really struggling, tell me what else is wrong.”“I may not have all the answers, but I’ll make sure to get you to someone who does.”Instead, I was interrupted multiple times, chastised for not having the right type of appointment with a specialist, and told there’s nothing more he can do.
