I cannot even begin to describe what a great experience we had with One Call. We connected with them right after the hurricane, because we developed a leak in our roof and they ended up being with us every step of the way to work with our insurance as well as answer any questions we had - and I had a lot of questions!! When our insurance ended up rejecting the claim, they STILL worked with us to figure out a solution that we were happy with and fit with our budget.After all that, our roof is BEAUTIFUL and perfect (photos here!) - and they got it done in ONE day! My wife and I had a great experience with Derean and Lou at One Call. They walked us through the insurance process and were with us every step of the way. When our insurance decided not to cover it, Derean and Lou were still around to help in any way they could (including answering a million questions from my wife!) and ultimately they helped us find a solution that worked for our budget.These guys, and this company, are truly wonderful and we highly recommend. Our roof ended up getting done in one day and it looks incredible - a lot of our neighbors are jealous! After the hurricane, their roofs took 3-4 days to complete and the work wasn’t nearly as clean as ours!...read full review
