    The workouts are focused, safe, and incredibly effective. I’m stronger than I’ve been in years without spending hours in the gym. Great for busy people!

    This is an amazing way to build strength and endurance and overall health that minimizes the risk of injury through slow, intense weight movement using high end machines. David is my trainer. He is fantastic. He charts my progress in great detail, and every week for the last 30 weeks my strength and endurance have improved. One of the things I like most about it is that it isn't one of those big, crowded gyms. It is calm, supportive and clean. Here's the most interesting aspect: the workout is only 30 minutes, once per week. Everyone I tell about this doubts the effectiveness of this, but believe me, it works. I am proof of it!
