I had my first training session with trainer Ryan this past week and it was awesome. He takes the time to show you each machine and how it triggers different muscle groups. He is very personable and helped me set new goals for my healthy lifestyle journey. He also did a great job molding the workout to my particular limitations. I can't wait to come back for my next session.
