I’m only leaving a good review because the carpet cleaner Orlando was polite and respectful, I felt safe inviting him in my home . Only problem I had is the owner Clint was very rude the first time I spoke with him to set up service. But next day after confirming service He seem to be the nicest man in the world. I believe He’s bipolar. I think customers service is very important when running a business. Thanks for Orlando for getting the job done , He clean it very well . I will return if I needed work again only because of his professionalism .
this is the 2nd time i’ve used this company and let me tell you, i never regret it!!!
i got home today and found a huge accident from my 70lb dog all over my stairs and carpet. i called these people last minute praying they could come today and they showed up within 2 hours!! my stairs and my carpet look brand new!!! i even asked for minimal to no fragrance at all and Orlando was able to accommodate that. he was also very kind and friendly to my children. thank you so much!!!!!!
I have had the pleasure of working with Orlando from National Carpet Care. He is super knowledgeable and had a fantastic idea regarding a remedy for a carpet emergency we had. He was able to fix my problem at a fair price and with a smile. Thank you for going above and beyond for me and my family.
