I recently had a facial with Christina, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, listened to my skin concerns, and explained everything she was doing throughout the treatment.

I need to let everyone know about the awesome service I received today from Erika at Massage Envy in Altamont Springs, FL.
I am in California right now so I called Erika with a complicated problem I am having regarding my membership. Because I am not computer savvy, am 82 years old and am impatient with this problem, Erika walked me through all the steps and was on the phone with me for over half an hour while I followed all her instructions and resolved my problem. I lived in Orlando for 26 years. I moved to NYC 4 years ago, and have been struggling to navigate aging skin in an unfamiliar climate/environment.
I had a last minute facial with Christina and she is the best esthetician I’ve ever worked with. She explained every single step because I was curious. She gave me multiple product recommendations, even some that were not on my radar previously.
