My doctor used their services for testing. I was supposed to be billed. When I called the billing office and explained I already paid the full fee after receiving an additional fees. I asked the lady to please contact the doctors office this was a mistake. She told me she’s in a busy call center and hung up on me. I punched in a million numbers, waited on hold, and got this. Hung up on. I didn’t tell, raise my voice, just asked a simple request to follow up on billing. Disgusting! Avoid this lab at all costs

I’ve been on hold for four hours today trying to pay my bill. It doesn’t accept your flex card on the phone. I have tried and tried day after day with excessive hold times. Still haven’t been able to pay. I finally reached someone in the office today. She said she would give them a message. Ridiculous. It’s been three months

One of the worst telephone systems I have ever tried to reach a professional organization through. After being sent through this terrible system and then having to wait on hold for over 13 minutes I finally reached a person in billing. I explained that their records were incorrect and they were trying to bill an insurance company that we had not used for over 2 years. While updating our insurance the phone just dropped. I will not call back and I will look for another dermatologist that does business with a diagnostic company that has up to date billing and telephone systems.
