I had a biopsy done on Jan 13th on March 3rd my account was sent to a creditor. I received no bill between that time. Luckily dealing with the creditor was easier than dealing with this company. They told me that this would not hurt my credit only if there were late charges involved.

My doctor used their services for testing. I was supposed to be billed. When I called the billing office and explained I already paid the full fee after receiving an additional fees. I asked the lady to please contact the doctors office this was a mistake. She told me she’s in a busy call center and hung up on me. I punched in a million numbers, waited on hold, and got this. Hung up on. I didn’t tell, raise my voice, just asked a simple request to follow up on billing. Disgusting! Avoid this lab at all costs

I’ve been on hold for four hours today trying to pay my bill. It doesn’t accept your flex card on the phone. I have tried and tried day after day with excessive hold times. Still haven’t been able to pay. I finally reached someone in the office today. She said she would give them a message. Ridiculous. It’s been three months
