I need to let everyone know about the awesome service I received today from Erika at Massage Envy in Altamont Springs, FL.
I am in California right now so I called Erika with a complicated problem I am having regarding my membership. Because I am not computer savvy, am 82 years old and am impatient with this problem, Erika walked me through all the steps and was on the phone with me for over half an hour while I followed all her instructions and resolved my problem. I had a last minute facial with Christina and she is the best esthetician I’ve ever worked with. She explained every single step because I was curious. She gave me multiple product recommendations, even some that were not on my radar previously. Then, after my facial, she spent about 10 minutes with me just to ensure that I understood what products and processes I needed to include in my routine going forward.
