Collection Sites - Covid-19 Testing

The place use to be better now it’s okay. The first I came in the lady was quick, nice and simple. Then I went in recently and it was another lady and she was.. eh.. she messed up my boyfriend email address so we had to call the customer service number for them to send it to right email. I went in today and they told me they don’t have any testing equipments.. mind you they open @9am and I was there @9:30am.. they need to do better it’s like every time I come in it gets worse and worse

I've been to several OneBlood Centers to donate - and no, it's not just to jack up the Yelp reviews; I do that based on availability and travel pattern. Since I could be going east one day and west the next, and most OneBlood centers are not open every day, I need to do what's most convenient to me. For the last couple of times, though, I've come to this Big Red Bus parked almost permanently outside the AMC theaters at Altamont.
