My stylist was Brittany, and she was super helpful and amazing overall. I do not have locs, but she was nice about the fact that I didn't choose the correct options. I only had a couple of pictures to show the type of braids/cornrows I wanted, and she is obviously a pro. The shop had a very comfortable atmosphere and the other stylist was kind and helpful also.
