Pam is the best!!! I spent one month trying to find a particular porcelain tile that I liked. Every store, in and around my home, did not carry it. When she heard my frustration and dismay, she went out of her way and spent time with me to locate it. Even though I wasn't able to purchase it from her because her store was too far away, she willingly went ABOVE AND BEYOND in providing the friendly assistance that I so badly needed.
