Ben is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, really takes the time to listen, and always focuses on exactly where I’m feeling tension or pain. His approach feels more like a targeted, chiropractic-style massage, and the results speak for themselves — I always leave feeling better, more aligned, and actually relieved (not just relaxed for an hour).
Dr. K is just as amazing — she’s friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable right away. Her adjustments are always on point, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Together, they make such a great team.

I last saw Dr. Wood years ago and went back the other day. She doesn't miss a beat. I'm hoping to get my body back on track and take her staff's tips on staying healthy. From the time I walked in and spoke to Benjamin, and then seeing Dr. Wood, it was seamless. Low stress and a relaxing place.
