Even before going into the establishment I felt compelled to leave a positive review because I had multiple intense and intimidating questions that I asked over the phone using the number on Google, and Nadia had so much patience and expert quality service just over the phone talking me through each of my questions with grace and kindness. I was very impressed, even when our connection was dropping she was very patient and kind. I couldn't recommend this place enough simply for the customer service that is clearly exemplary.
No one in my opinion can rate better than Dr Larkin in my book. I have had and still have dozens of critters whom have seen a plethora of vets here in Volusia Cty. I drive all the way to Altimonte in order to see Dr Larkin. He is extremely skilled in treating more than cats and dogs. The whole staff is compassionate and courteous. Us rescuers will be lost without this clinic. Oh and did I mention his prices?? Dr Larkin is not out to impress with a fancy clinic. He focuses on his patients not the outward appearance so dont let the simplicity fool you. Thats another reason his prices are so reasonable. Deserves 10 stars in my book. Thkyou Dr Larkin
I have been going to this office for a few years now and I am very impressed with their “wait” times recently. I don’t sit in the lobby long and we are seen fairly quickly!
Doc was very sweet and compassionate when we had to put our Pity down after battling cancer and his quality of life was declining fast. Doc talks to us owners like friends and gives great advice on our pets.
This vet clinic is my favorite place to take my Great Dane because Doc *knows* all about them and I trust his judgement!
