This is a very special studio. Having only started yoga just 3 yrs ago, I cannot express enough how lucky I feel to have found Altamonte Yoga and Yoga University. Every single teacher is phenomenal and experienced in their practices. I didn’t realize how badly I needed this my entire adult life and this place was instrumental in helping me physically and psychologically in getting through the care taking of my mom and ultimately her passing. I don’t know if I’d be as addicted to hot yoga if I had started at another studio. Tonight I took my first hot yoga class in a long time with Tesha and it was absolutely incredible! She was a very hands-on teacher and made wonderful adjustments to help even in my practice. She kicked my butt! I absolutely loved her and I will be back.
I attended Julie's hot yoga class on my birthday and left feeling profoundly grounded and at peace. It's evident that she pours her heart into her classes and her soul into the practice. Thank you, Julie—I will definitely be back!
