Altamonte Family Hearing

I cannot praise these people enough! They went above and beyond what I was expecting as an out of state visitor, and if I lived in that area, this practice would be my one and only.

I was vacationing in the Orlando area, and all of a sudden one of the drivers on my Oticon OPN1s went completely dead. It was only the beginning of the vacation, and I was dreading having only one hearing device the whole time. So I called around asking if they had components for my HAs, and Altamonte was the only practice that would call me back.

Great service and hospitality. Everything was explained thoroughly. Great listening skills. The best part was that initial exam was free and helped us out in having a baseline for our hearing.

I want to start this review by saying this has by far been the best experience I have had with healthcare. About a month ago, I came across them by googling places that can repair hearing aids. I called them 5 minutes before closing time and they happily answered my call for help and immediately re-assured me that they can help. I came in today during the walk-in hours and showed them the aids and the issue. I was greeted by Jaysee and he re-assured me that things can be fixed, and all the same day!
