Troy doesn’t stand behind his work. Multiple problems in an expensive landscaping job.

He also screwed up irrigation job. He subbed it out to a contractor and said he did such a bad job he wasn’t going to use him again. Well, I got stuck with his shotty work.

I do not recommend his company. Poor customer service. He will not fully resolve problems and blame you.

These landscapers come through the condo area I live in each week. I used to keep a plastic water bowl (bright blue, very noticeable) in the backyard for the critters, until one week I watched a guy on a lawnmower completely run over it and chop it to pieces. This week, someone came through with a string trimmer and cut down the entire flowering plant that I recently planted in the ground. I'd even left the plant ID tag in the ground with the plant so that it wouldn't be mistaken for a weed. The landscapers just fly through the backyard without a care. If they'd have just paid a little more attention, my plant and my bowl would not have been destroyed. Very disappointed.

These guys do a great job. My yard looks fantastic year round! They are courteous and professional. Troy is always available to answer questions and help with landscaping ideas and execution. Great team!
