We enjoyed our stay here so much! Life changing. The staff goes above and beyond to listen and meet you where you are in your journey of life. They honored our needs and it really helped heal my mind, body and soul. I left with inspiration to continue my journey to better myself and family. You won't be disappointed if you stay here! Their compassion and dedication was so refreshing and I will never forget my stay and expereince here as I left so light after!

From the minute you walk into the office of the Ayurveda Health retreat the healing begins. Every single person you will encounter is a beacon of love, service and grace -from the office staff, to the cooks, the teachers, the healing arts practitioners and even the cleaning staff! My room was beautiful and very comfortable and the food is (delicious) medicine to top it off. I highly recommend a stay here.
