“From start to finish, I had a great experience with Delmarva Pole Buildings. I started by using their 3D Designer to figure out exactly what I wanted. Brooklynn Miller and Building Supervisor Stephan Beachy then helped me finalize and customize the design. As you can see from my pictures, what I created with the 3D Designer ended up looking very close to the finished building!
The company also helped me secure financing, but we hit a major snag when county code prevented the building from being constructed as originally planned. For nearly six months, Stephan Beachy worked with me through the process of getting a variance approved by Worcester County. He stuck with me throughout the entire process until we finally received the variance and permit approval.
Once construction began, Jon Byler, the builder/site manager, was excellent. He kept me updated on the schedule and progress throughout the build. Since my primary home is about three hours away, Jon even sent me progress pictures so I could see how everything was coming along.
The finished building turned out great, and I feel the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the construction and the level of service I received.
A huge thank you to Brooklynn, Stephan, Jon, and everyone at Delmarva Pole Buildings for helping my son and me get this building completed on our hunting property. After everything it took to make it happen, we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I highly recommend Delmarva Pole Buildings!”
