John went above and beyond with helping me with the building process. I was very unhappy with the office communication and if it weren’t for John, then I would’ve had a very bad experience with Delmarva. Delmarva needs to hold onto John. He’s a true asset to the company.
We are very happy with the quality of our new pole building / garage. Our contractor Jon Byler was wonderful to work with, very attentive, easy to get a hold of and just and all around great guy. He came to check on the building once everything was up and even cleaned up the last little bit of scrap wood and hauled the trailer away himself since he was already there. He came to check on things often , made sure inspections were done in a timely manner and did our final walk through right away so we could start moving stuff in . We are very happy with our new building our contractor John Byler was great very easy to communicate with paid attention to everything that was going on and was just an all-around good guy and the work crews from the framers to the concrete and gutter guys were courteous and maintained a clean job site
