More than just a drain company. They are now my go to for all plumbing needs. I am planning to finish my basement, so a couple months ago I had Zoom Drain scope my sewer line. They had me watch the whole time. There was a small area of channel rot in the sewer line under my concrete slab that even I could point out. Their manager came out and agreed with the finding, said I had about 5-6 years before I needed to worry much about it. I told them about my plan to finish the basement in the near future and wanting to be proactive so that I would not need to rip up my finished basement floors in the future. Jonathan was very pleasant and friendly from the moment he stepped through the foot. He explained what he was going to do and did it. He took the time and made sure I understood about the treatment I elected to choose. He cleaned up the area when he finished. I would definitely recommend him, as the company representative, to anyone that needed an emergency plumber.
I had a great experience with Johnathan. He showed up on time and was super friendly to me and my dog Kash. He quickly identified the source of my water leak, gave me several options to fix it, and explained the whole process so I could understand.
