Problem: Replace a 29 year old York furnance with a new and more efficient HVAC split system.Outstanding work by all involved. Makayla was courteous on the phone during all conversations. Toby arrived on time, assessed the requirements, and quoted the cost for both a new Carrier furnace and air conditioning unit.William G. Day Company's price was in the middle of eight others' bids, but provided the best overall value for the price. While I was disappointed yesterday that they could not come out during the storm to fix my HVAC unit, Chris did come today - exactly at the time promised and the heater was fixed within a matter of minutes. Since new parts are also required, these were ordered on the spot. I've been a customer for over ten years, and I've come to expect fast, reliable, knowledgeable service.Services: Repair HVAC
