I purchased one of their lifetime plans so I wasn't expecting high quality.I would have given them 4 stars, but they switched my hosting plans from cPanel to Plex and of course the IP changed as well.Their switch also took away my SSH access which is now not part of the plan ironically (or planned).
Amazing hosting company :) Been using WebHostFace for 2 years now and whenever I had concerns, their support was nothing short of remarkable! Very responsive and you can really see that they're trying their best to help. Server uptime is also great. I get around 200K+ visitors a month and my shared hosting plan can still handle the traffic (with help from a CDN service, of course).
