I wanted to pass along my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received from Jovi, who usually works at the Penn. Ave. store. I came in because one of my lenses kept popping out and she took the time to figure out that my frames were the problem and ordered me a new pair. She was polite, pleasant and patient which I greatly appreciated.
Dr Jeppe is wonderful! He Keeps the customer first- does not over correct vision to make extra money and knows how much screen time impacts vision for our teens. We’ve moved out to state but will still drive the distance just to see him at this practice. The associates here are professional and kind.
