We have used Pike Creek Service for over 20 years and are extremely satisfied. Dave is very knowledgeable and provides 6-star service. He has a deep understanding of HVAC systems and can diagnose and fix problems that others might deem unfixable. He is honest and fixes only things that need to be fixed. His prices are very fair and reasonable.

Dave and his assistant Tom just finished installing a new heat pump in our house, replacing the AC-only system we have had for the past 13 years. The project required a lot of thought, planning, and familiarizing themselves with new equipment. They accomplished all of those tasks with flying colors. We now have a new heat pump system, several new high-velocity ducts in new places which had not been serviced by the air conditioning unit, and a new Nest Learning Thermostat that will save us money over the long-term. I can't emphasize enough the creativity, problem solving acumen, as well as attention to detail that Dave and Tom demonstrated. They were a delight to have working in our home as well. They enjoyed the challenge of this project, to the point that I honestly felt they were sorry to see it come to an end. Dave is always prompt, and he knows his stuff! Replaced our heat pump 12 years ago and it's still going strong with every 2-year inspections. Nice guy, no nonsense, friendly, with years of experience in the industry. I trust him - and his prices seem reasonable to me. He was here for 2.5 hours and the charge was just over $200. Not bad for his kind of professional knowledge and service!
