I have been receiving services from Londyn for the last 7 months. She is an amazing creative that is extremely serious about her craft. There is never any nail art that she won't take on and I love how imaginative we get with my nails.I saw a few reviews mentioning her "so called" her lack of engagement but frankly it takes focus and intentionality to do what she does and sometimes that means less conversation, which is fine by me! I am extremely particular about my nails and Londyn gets me! She is a beautiful human inside and out! First time scheduling with this provider. I scheduled through their CHAT application, which was efficient and accommodating. But I was unable to keep my appointment. When I spoke with a receptionist to cancel, she was very friendly and polite. Judging from their excellent customer service, I will soon reschedule.
