My water heater broke down and created a huge mess in my basement. I called Mr. Rooter because I’ve used their services before in the past, and I was pleased with it. The young lady that took the call was very courteous and kind. She was able to get someone out to my home that evening. Tim came out, assessed the situation told me what needed to be done., The next morning he came out with a new water heater did a great job on the installation and also helped out a lot with cleaning up the water. Thank you, Tim and thank you Mr. Rooter staff.
Zach, Joseph, John and Brandon did a good job in fixing the clog in the sewer line. They were friendly and professional and make sure that I was able to get the house ready for Thanksgiving. Shoutout to the excavator guy .He stays until 9 to make sure all the soil are properly distributed.Highly recommended!
