I'm editing to add 2 stars. My case manager was switched and if I'd had the case manager I have now from the start, it would be 5 stars, but the excellent service I've had for the past month doesn't erase the 2 months of no contact, so I'll split the difference.
It has now been a month since my case manager has contacted me even though I've called nearly every day, and called their client experience team multiple times. They got their settlement check but coming up on a month later I have been completely ghosted waiting on my portion. On the verge of losing my house and having homeless kids, this feels more like a scam than a help.
I reached out to this company they were very responsive and insured that I got the right information I needed to make my decision to move forward. The follow-up response was pleasant and I appreciated the kindness and the attention to ensure I that I had any questions that were not answered.
