I called yesterday to make an appointment and was told they take walk-ins first come first served. went today when they opened and spoke to an artist and told him what I wanted who told me to come back in an hour & he would be ready. I went back in an hour and he told me that he was getting ready to tattoo someone else and ask if I wanted to wait?! Wasted my time and wasn't the least bit concerned or apologetic. Many other places around that do good work and treat you like a valued client.
