I see Christine and she is amazing!!! She has helped me so much.. my daughter sees Alyse and she absolutely loves her .. they are very committed to helping people feel better and give ways to help mental health .. I have been to several places over my lifetime and I can’t recommend journeys counseling enough!
Edit to add: Jordyn is a godsent!!!!! I began seeing her in 2018 for mid twenties anxiety, trauma & ocd and she worked wonders on my thought processes. She is a frank realist who uses logic and reason in a way that really helped me get out of my own head. I also did several couples sessions with her and my partner and the experience was extremely productive. We both came out feeling heard and validated. She is neutral and a great sounding board if you go to her with someone close to you. Ask for Jordyn if you need treatment for anxiety!!!This is a very up and coming place. They have worked with me for over a year to manage anxiety. My therapist is VERY helpful at talk therapy and even allows me to text her on my hard days for support.
Relaxing and inviting environment. The counselors helped me through a difficult time and developed different strategies to help me cope. Wonderful and caring and really concerned with treating the whole person! Will never go anywhere else.
