This was my first time doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt and I went to location at 1612 Newport and I was amazed by how well I was taken care of and treated with respect, professional services and I was treated as if I was with a friend, everything was open and honest we had a great conversation while my information was being handled you should be very proud to her working for your tax services I will be returning next year and I just hope she will be there too very caring person just tell her Ms.Jones said Thanks.

Marqua was extremely helpful and patient. She was very good at explaining every step and made sure we understood everything. As first time clients of Jackson Hewitt we were not sure what to expect. She definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you Marqua!! Keep doing what your doing

i had an amazing experience at this location !! she was super nice and held a conversation with me, and my daughter! very good with her customers and shes awesome running that store alone!! id love to visit her each year for tax season :)
