I hired J&J to clean the area rug in my living room. The rug had regular wear and tear stains including a red juice stain and my cat did urinate on it once, there was no visible urine stain but you could kinda smell it. First of all they were in my house all of 20 minutes maybe. 20 minutes total. They NEVER shampooed my rug I never saw a single sud and didn’t smell any soap. They only used what looked like a metal vacuum. They then hung my now “clean” rug on my two outside trash cans in 92 degree weather. They told me it was to let it “dry” .
