I was looking for an inspector to look at a property we are in the process of purchasing, with us being short on time I can attest that booking was extremely easy. Patrick was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.
He answered all of our concerns, inspected the property in a timely manner, and gave us a pretty good run down of what he found after he was finished. Not only that but he was able to send the report within one hour with pictures included, with everything we had discussed.

This is our first home inspections. Patrick was doing a really good job. We are doing Home, Radon and Termite inspections. He’s checking it thoroughly and he explained it to us with all the details.
