It was a Sunday and early in the morning 1/2 of my house upstairs all of a sudden the electric went out. I think it was Jimmy who came out and had inspected what may be wrong and due to the cost of someone coming out on a Sunday, he had determined that what needed to be done could wait until the next day which would of saved us a lot of money. He was very professional and stated that he would be back the next day.
