As someone mentioned the quality has gone down for sure.. bring back the OG braiders with manners who actually know what we as customers want… what usually takes 4-6 hours took me 10-11 hours, apparently my hair braider was new so she was taking her time and I’m still not my 100% satisfied with my hair.. after multiple times of being there, I planned by day out perfectly to get my hair braided and still have time to get other things on my day off… bc it took so long I missed out on those other things. …. Scammers and liars!!!! I called and was told 180. Midway through they asked for payment. Sent 180 and then was told style was 200 due to length. She lied and said I said ok to the increase when the increase was never discussed. I made a big deal about the discrepancy and was told they would cut my hair to 180 length. I was not ok with cutting it and she said she apologize for misunderstanding and this time would do the style. I get home and over 6 inches of braiding hair is unbraided. She asked if I wanted curls so she could cover up the ends looking crazy but I didn’t want curls and realized when I got home why she offered. They do not have any decency or good character
