I started to go to the spa about 3-4 months ago and I absolutely love it! So far I have done cryotherapy, stretch and tent sauna/ red light therapy and pretty much made that my weekly routine . Best way to start my Monday, after a hard workout, I have Catherine stretch me out , she is the absolute best! then hop in for cryo and finish with sauna Everyone I have met is very nice and helpful, just love starting my week here! Thank you!
Just an overall good experience. From setting up the appt., accessing paperwork on line to the appointment with the Dr. Will definitely recommend the practice to friends and family!
After searching and trying out many chiropractors in the area, we discovered Francis Optical Performance Chiropractic. My family and I have been going to Dr. Francis for years. I trust him and his staff 100%. Dr. Francis Is very professional, caring and takes the time to listen to all of your needs and address them accordingly. This office has so many services my family and I take advantage of. I highly recommend Dr. Francis and in my opinion is the #1 Chiropractor this area!
