I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years... I only go if I have a problem:( I know terrible) I cracked my tooth bottom right in the back so I went to see who was in network. I lucked up and found Dr. Russo and hygienist Brittany. The entire staff from the front desk Ms. Danielle who was extremely kind and patient with me:) to the wonderful woman who (chatted about the superbowl) did all my X-rays with speed and accuracy. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! Dr. Duffy is so nice, very kind and patient. I've always REALLY HATED going to the dentist, but now I will go nowhere else. They have a client for life. Everyone in this office has been super friendly. They are willing to answer any questions without being condescending or judge-y. The Billing staff has even been working on resolving an insurance billing issue directly with my insurance. I've not had to make a single call. Would recommend to anyone :)
Took my son (9) in for cavities. This dental group was in network whereas a lot of pediatric dentists are not in network. His recommendation saved our family $$$ and am so happy to have found this group! No unnecessary recommendations made the visit a breeze.
