Everyone at Floor Concepts are helpful, courteous snd professional. It was a pleasure to work with Alice. Freddie and his team did an excellent job laying the vinyl planking as my floor looks amazing. I have used Floor Concepts for all of my flooring jobs. Their prices are reasonable, and they do excellent work.
We were very pleased with the installation process for the two rooms of new carpet we bought from Floor Concepts. Their two installers were very efficient, accurate, and courteous. They completed two bedrooms with closets (including disassembling and reassembling beds) in less than half a day--and we were happy with the results.
Most things in life are a challenge. When it came to basement remodel Floor Concepts took the challenge away by helping with LVP and carpet selection. And when the vendor had issues providing the carpet in a timely manner; Floor Concepts went above and beyond to find ways to resolve.
Locally owned and operated for so many years, I highly recommend them for selection and service!
