Needed piece of trim that I couldn't match. Bill showed me multiple pieces and we decided on 3.one matched perfectly. He couldn't be any more friendly or helpful.i will definitely use him for future flooring projects
Called floor concept look for a few square feet of hardwood flooring. Water damaged 60+ year old house. Bill told me to stop in think he may have what I looking for. Turns out had exactly what I needed. Ended up give it to no charge. Very knowledgeable. I have purchased LVF about a year ago good quality material and knowledge staff. A1 highly recommended.
Working with Sean was a pleasure. He was so helpful in assisting us to find the perfect floors. We had a delay issue in our order but installation was flawless. We are very happy with our new floors!
