I went to a different place to get my filter cleaned and they did an AWFUL job. My friend recommended me to go here. From the time I spoke to my technician, Dave, I felt like he knew what he was doing. They had a place for me to sit and wait, and I didn’t feel nervous at all. After he cleaned my filter in the machine, he provided documents to let us know what was done. The other place gave me none of that. Grateful for RedDot because I would’ve been stuck for another few days. Definitely recommend coming here

My husband and I have our own private company and we’re just starting off. This place helped us get back up and running and made sure we knew the whole process every step of the way. They cleaned our filter PROPERLY & gave the correct paperwork afterwards. We really appreciated the hospitality, kindness, and our technician Dave. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and showed us where to get food since we’re not from there. Definitely using your services when we come to Delaware again!
