After the dust has settled with the conclusion of my mother’s funeral service & burial, I cannot fathom having gone with any other funeral home. Doherty was incredible from start to finish. Bill made such an overwhelming task seem so simple as he laid it out & held our hand through each decision, while also fully respecting the decisions we had made to help honor my mom. Martha was so attentive to our requests the night of her service and made it run so smoothly. Every single person at this funeral home is incredibly nice & welcoming & so focused on making your loved ones send off as perfect as possible. Doherty Funeral Homes also went above and beyond placing a placard on my mothers burial vault lid with the Flyers crest logo, which was not requested, but they paid attention to the details of my mothers love for that team and surprised us with this. All in all, Doherty Funeral Home was incredible to work with and their attention to detail helped add a bit of closure after such a difficult loss.
I want to start out by thanking you all for all that you did for us and family. You guys were amazing and went above and beyond with the placard on mom’s vault and we all know mom would’ve loved it. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend your services.
