I never got the name of the woman I spoke with, but she was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had placed an order with one of those big delivery companies under the impression that they were local, and they messed everything up. The person whol helped me was empathetic and walked me through getting our order placed the right way. Excellent customer service!
The customer service was top notch. From the sympathy acknowledgment to accepting the changes I wanted to make based off of the pictured arrangement. I wish I took a picture of the arrangement delivered. It was beautiful. Looked better than their pictured arrangement which I did not think was possible.
I have used Dibiaso’s Florist many times and they always have done a fantastic job on whatever I’m sending! Most recently was “It’s Your Day” flower arrangement that I sent on Friday and my sister was amazed at how beautiful the arrangement was and she said she will now be using them! I didn’t order until late morning but they still had them ready and delivered that afternoon! Love love love this florist!
