They work with patients by telehealth to stay on top of the situation and address changes quickly. However, some equipment is very old and uncomfortable. Some patients report issues with understanding a doctor's accent and difficulties with communication and prescription renewals within the practice.

Very professional, explained everything she did. I needed to sleep in a recliner which they supplied, but it is very old and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. My tech did her best to improve my comfort with pillows. Tech did a wonderful job!

Was very happy with their service then I had to switch from Friday appt to Mondays new doctor whom I can't understand her accent. Wouldn't renew my prescription and referred me to a doctor within their company whom obviously doesn't check his messages because his box of full ! How do I deal with this?

They did a good job of diagnosing my sleep apnea, and working with me by telehealth to keep it at bay. They stay on top of my situation so they can address any needed changes quickly.
