Delaware Sleep Disorder Centers is very professional, with helpful and informative staff. They do a good job of diagnosing sleep apnea and explaining everything. They work with patients by telehealth to stay on top of the situation and address changes quickly. However, some equipment is very old and uncomfortable. Some patients report issues with understanding a doctor's accent and difficulties with communication and prescription renewals within the practice.
I had a sleep study at the Milford location and I have to say what a great experience I had! The night tech was Laurie. She was so sweet, took her time explaining in detail the test and what will happen. The facility was extremely clean and the test was really easy. Laurie represents your firm extremely well and should be recognized!
Very professional, explained everything she did. I needed to sleep in a recliner which they supplied, but it is very old and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. My tech did her best to improve my comfort with pillows. Tech did a wonderful job!
Was very happy with their service then I had to switch from Friday appt to Mondays new doctor whom I can't understand her accent. Wouldn't renew my prescription and referred me to a doctor within their company whom obviously doesn't check his messages because his box of full ! How do I deal with this?
