ChristianaCare Primary Care at Greenville provides medical care for both adults and children, including services like gynecology, immunizations, and physical exams. Many patients find the practitioners pleasant and helpful, with particular praise for one doctor who is attentive and caring. However, there are significant concerns regarding the front desk staff. Patients have reported issues with scheduling and communication, including difficulties in getting prescriptions approved, with some describing the front desk receptionist as unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, there are complaints about the check-in process and the lack of adherence to safety protocols. Overall, while the medical care may be satisfactory, the front desk operations need improvement to enhance the patient experience.
We are new patients to this practice and, so far, we are very happy, our NP, Ariel Moore, is knowledgeable, kind, intelligent and really listens. Her assistant was really sweet too.
I have always received outstanding care at this location, specifically the Christiana Care Primary Care clinical practice. Dr. Salabitavar is exceptionally knowledgeable, immensely attentive to detail, personable, affable, and a consummate medical professional. The nursing and front desk personnel are top notch. As a physician myself, I have only the highest praise for the exemplary work this team is doing and strongly recommend this Internal Medicine clinical group. Of note, I have had excellent experience as a patient within the broader Christiana Care Hospital and Health Care clinics system over the last 13 years as a Delaware resident.
I was able to finally get a primary care physician appointment at the ChristianaCare office at Greenville. Dr. Salavitabar included my input in my Plan of Care which is most appreciated because after all I am the one that will be doing the health care work.
