Brandywine Medical Associates offers quick appointment scheduling with some practitioners. The office has a great location with easy parking. While some staff members are helpful and friendly, a few may be unpleasant or make mistakes. However, many patients have reported positive experiences with kind and professional staff, particularly with certain providers and medical assistants.
I have been going to BWMA for 5 years and I have honestly never had a negative experience. Doctor Gover is very friendly and patient, while at the same time extremely quick and efficient. I never feel rushed during my appointment- my questions and concerns are always listened to and answered.
The front desk staff are also incredible. Specifically Amy & Anne. They go above & beyond to pass along any issues/questions I have to the doctor, and they make sure I get a response in a timely manner. Dr. Fucci is wonderful and the intake nurses and front office staff (especially Ann) are super helpful.
Agree with the previous reviews that some of the office staff can be rude, disrespectful, and useless… however I think those mean ladies are no longer working there now.
Good doctors. However every single time I have had blood work done they never call me and tell me my results. I always have to ask them for it and even then they always seem confused or unsure of where my results are or if someone has already told me.
