I love this salon! You know when you find a good place you have to stick with them and I've been going to this salon for years. I started taking my daughter there too and her hair is so healthy now and it's growing better than it was when I took her elsewhere.

Absolutely stunning customer service. I have passed this place many times, thinking nothing of it due to its location in a pretty downtrodden strip in Elsmere, next to the Dollar General and a funky little natural foods store. Despite my impression of the outside, the inside of Bliss Elements is roomy, immaculately clean, beautifully furnished ... and it smells so nice! I was greeted immediately by the lady at the front desk, who was friendly and transparent about the wait time and who I'd be working with. On my way back to get my hair washed, every stylist who was working with a client looked up and said hello to me. So many businesses ignore how important it is... read full review

Great atmosphere....professional, upscale and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely felt relaxed and welcome at Bliss Elements. Yesterday, was my first time attending and I'll definitely be back. I went for a twist out and trim. But, I will definitely take advantage of their facial, massages and nail services. I was greeted warmly, and my service began on time. I dread beauty salons because you have to give up 1/2 your life to go. However, this was not the case. Although, I am natural there were stylists doing other types of hair (relaxed, etc). I'm even bringing my daughter back to get braids. Make sure you ask about their weekly/monthly... read full review
