Dr. Payne and her entire staff are professional, friendly and they listen to what you say to them, not just do all the talking. Their new office is lovely and a pleasure to visit. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be called to the back.
Arrived more than half hr early but was quickly seen, evaluated, treated and then on my way home, treated very courteously by a Nurse Practitioner and Assistant! Definitely not a stressful visit!
