Very happy with the cleanliness of the salon, the friendliness of the staff abd quality of work done by the technician. Gel nails usually doesn't last long for me. This time it was almost 3 weeks. Definitely will come back again.

I always go here and never had problem but today I had a new lady deal with me and I'm not sure she had a bad day or what, but the service was poor. The way she talked to me was poor. I was supposed to get eyebrows done and she completely forgot or hoped I would forget and rushed me to the counter to pay. I asked for a marble design and it literally looked like chicken scratch because she did it with a toothpick. Who does marble with a toothpick? I told her wipe it off and she did but didn't clean it well with isopropyl to remove the white residue. I'm just really disappointed in my experience today. It's been a good experience before her so 3 stars.

Receptionist was great, but Stafg was argumentative. I Inquired about tips without tips and was met with gull attitude. Over priced too if this is the spot in the staples shopping center
