Ronnie Kowalski, arborist, was professional, pleasant, and helpful in explaining what was causing problems with my arborvitae and proposing a plan of action. The team worked efficiently and diligently to free my Norway Maple of dead branches and debris that had accumulated under my tree. They were very detail-oriented. They even raked around the tree and left that area clean and tidy. They also used a blower to clear away the little bit of chips that fell away from the chipper. They were 1st class! Also the man who came later and treated and fertilized the three arborvitae was very courteous. This is the second time I have used their services. About 15 years ago, we had concerns about the health of a few trees. A Bartlett arborist came out and, much to our relief, advised these trees were doing exactly what was normal for that kind of tree. He took the time to educate us about their "behavior"....he spent about an hour with us, and much to our surprise, there was no charge!
