This music store has everything that I need in place of big box music. I’ve never been a fan of Guitar Center and pushy sales people. As soon as I came in I was made to feel at home and highly impressed that the sales associates had exceptional knowledge with my queries. And what a great selection of music instruments. Most stores don’t even have any kind of 7 string set ups or other products in relation to seven or eight string guitars, this store did. I will definitely be back. This is now my new favorite store in Delaware!

Great customer service when I called to ask about a bass amp several weeks ago is why I went back to this place to make my purchase over anywhere else. I spoke to Roger on the phone the first time. Spoke to a girl today and she was very friendly to as was the other gentleman that greeted me when I walked in and in my excitement of getting a new amp I did not get either of their names, but they were very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants genuine help and guidance with products.

I have been shopping at Accent Music for the last 30 years I lived in Delaware. It is right around the corner from me, and I like to support small business. They used to have a decent selection of gear and some higher-end guitars. I guess the Guitar Center and the online business forced them to reinvent themselves and drop the higher end stuff. They still provide good gear at decent prices but more for beginners and intermediate crowd. Last year they had Spanish-made nylon-string Alhambra classical guitar for a mere $350. I bought one as a gift. I do not buy guitars made in China, because many have warning that the instrument will cause cancer and reproductive health issues due to the combination of lacquer and material the manufacturer used. I can't understand why people buy them. It should be illegal to bring this stuff to the US. Anyway, I like the customer service, they are friendly, but not obsequious, and give you your space. Most recently I bought Shure mics and stands, a stage holder for an I-Pad, microphone and guitar cables, guitar picks and stage stands. I am waiting for them to open today at 12:00 to see if they have a TC-helicon Harmony pedal in stock, and an acoustic sound hole cover. Keep my fingers crossed, because I really want to use both today :)
