Ralph is the rarest of gems in the contractor industry. I've had numerous contractors hired to do various work on my house over 20 years. In that time, I can say there are only 4 I would re-hire (20%) without hesitation or concerns. Ralphs is one of them.
Why? He genuinely cares about his work quality and his customer. After 10 years I called him up and he remembered me, my house, the job he did for me. What contractor would recall this? He doesn't waste time, or give me a lot of contractor speak mumbo jumbo to justify his work. Warren at New Wave Auto Detailing detailed and applied a 5 year ceramic coating to my 2024 Ford Bronco. It looks absolutely amazing! Even though the Bronco was brand new, it didn’t shine like it did after the detailing and ceramic coating. We were all amazed with how shiny the paint turned out. Warren was very professional and took his time to walk us through what he did and how to maintain the Bronco on a go forward! I’d highly recommend Warren and his work!

Mike thoroughly checked what the issue with our AC unit was. He was very knowledgeable and detailed with his explanations. We finally have cold air again! Would definitely go to them again for any future issues with cooling or heating.
These guys do great work and have good communication with their clients. Nothing is more frustrating than contacting a contractor and hearing nothing back for days but Eric and his team answer their phones and have someone in the office to respond to emails and inquiries which is really nice.

This was was very professional and honest we had sent out a company to inspect our AC unit at one of our stores and that company had told us that serval things needed to be done and that it would cost hundreds of dollars so we hired Gregg + Sons Mechanical to go out and make the repairs Greg called once he had inspected the until and told me that it did NOT need any of the thing the previous company claimed it needed it was a simple thermostat issue he could have gone along with what the other company said and got way more then just an initial service call but instead he was honest not only that but he explained everything very carefully and made sure I understood. Beverly who i initially spoke with in the office was very understanding and helpful if I could give this companie 10 stars I would! I definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future for my other stores in the area as well.
Wonderful… mind bogglingly wonderful service. I had Andrea deliver it to me… I was late In coming to meet her but she was not only patient but personable and she helped me fit the delivery into my vehicle which isnt standard I suppose but went out of her way to help me with figuring out a way to re-transport it. Long story short it was seamless experience and quick! To top it off she was smiling all the way through.

Owner of the shop came out to “rescue” me from the side of the road when I had a flat tire. Wait was a little long of a wait due to a confusion, however, service was quick, painless and he was extremely helpful in my situation. Even followed me to a local gas station to air up my donut before sending me on my way. Gentleman was very professional and courteous.
